Our room had a great view of the park and the ambiance of the hotel was charming. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many restaurants and museums nearby. The á la carte breakfast was delicious and the fire place in the restaurant was a great place to relax. we had a memorable stay.

The staff was excellent and efficient, the breakfast offered was delicious with plenty of food.

Everything was fabulous from staff, who were helpful, to the decent location. Brand-new room with nice decor and huge bathroom. I loved the fact that it was a 15-minute walk from the subway. Early check-in, late check-out. A really GOOD stay.

Big room with comfortable bed and modern design. Nice bar/restaurant in a lovely park location. Good transportation options nearby. Great for groups with access to shared gardens. Delicious food at the on-site restaurant.

My stay was really great, and the entire staff were beautiful. Twin/double room was very cool. The location was stunning, short walk to the real Amsterdam and a really nice park and other nice restaurants, and had exceptionally good views: )

There was some noise disruption from outside sources mentioned in a review, which affected the overall sleep quality.

The toilets are in front of the bed with a transparent glass door, Not very glamorous! . Little interest given to Covid19 precautionary measures (but like everywhere else in Amsterdam). Breakfast a little expensive.

I stayed here recently and loved the location on the edge of a beautiful park in a quiet neighbourhood not too far from the city centre. It was easy to get around with a tram stop just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay remarkable, providing great service and customer care. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a terrace and separate tub and shower. I especially appreciated the free toiletries and in-room safe.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay with great amenities and excellent customer service.

What we liked best was the surroundings, two-storey room layout and comfort of the bed.

The heating system could only be activated from the upper floor and had no remote control.

The hotel had a beautiful interior design, with impressive staircases and decor. the staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home. the hotel was located near a lovely park, which was great for relaxing walks. There was a good variety of food available at a reasonable price. the rooms were clean and spacious, with split, level facilities. the hotel offered secure lockers for storing luggage after check, out, which was convenient for our evening flight.

Some of the staff seemed inexperienced and unable to provide detailed information about the hotel facilities. the room layout and cleanliness could have been improved, as we encountered some issues like a non, draining shower.

If you don't have breakfast included, you have to walk for a while until you find a place to have breakfast because there are no establishments in the area. The rooms are cleaned regularly. There were two days when we returned to find the room not cleaned and we had to notify the reception. In general they make the bed and little more. We stayed five nights and last day the lint invaded the room. bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly.

Friendly staff, they offer you to put your bags away on the day of check-out so that you can do some sightseeing in Amsterdam before your flight. Place totally recommended. The bathroom was cleaned too much and you could hear quite a lot of noise as people walked down the hall from the room, the rest was GREAT

we booked and paid for two bikes on arrival. next day only one bike was available due to a mistake of the staff. money came back, very annoying, that we had an increased effort to rent a bike outside. - planned room at 17 o'clock not yet available/clean. get another room. - voices of other guests in room and bathroom loudly audible. probably through the ventilation shaft.

unfortunately there is no storage space for clothes. clothes had to remain in the suitcase or be deposited on the armchair. unfortunately the hotel rooms are a little bit too bright.

The location was perfect and also the rooms were really nice just...

extremely clairaudient and although the window was open all day with 20 degrees outside temperature it was always very warm upstairs in the sleeping area! in summer i would not recommend this room otherwise ask if you could have another room.

Breakfasts are quite rich, I would add a little more vegetables, but overall it was very ok. The great advantage is the breakfasts on weekends until 11.00 am.
